Hello everyone, as the spring seasons are wrapping up I wanted to give people an update. I have finally been able to make it to the end of the winter sports season editing. Pictures are nearly ready to begin being uploaded. I might wait until after the Varsity awards night to start uploading pictures though, so that the slideshow can be their "unveiling" Assuming there is a slide show, I haven't been asking about that yet. The winter sports should all be done by the end of June.

I was able to get to every spring team just about twice. The only one's I've hit once were modified track, and modified baseball. There are some more modified games left, so hopefully I will get one more. I've got most of the forms for JV and Varsity athletes completed. There are even some teams that had 100% participation so I will be able to post group shots. Modified albums are usually the least complete right now, as I have more difficulty distributing forms, returning forms, and being able to tell which form belongs to which face in the picture. These albums could be updated years later once I am familiar with the student. I have not even begun to edit the spring pictures. That will begin once I finish up with winter. This will take place over summer vacation and hopefully be completed by the start of the fall season and time to start it all over again.

Two more updates today to wrap up the fall season. I added in the girls modified soccer game against Salem. And there is also an album for the cross country league championship. There were 4 races at that meet; girls modified, boys modified, girls Varsity, and boys Varsity, and I was able to make it there in time for all the races.

I shot a modified volleyball match, so those pictures will be in the yearbook, but I got back so few of the forms, and only know one of the players on the team, that I had to hold off on that album until I can learn more of the players faces and get more of the forms from that team.

Following winter break, the winter sports season albums will start going up.

3 new albums today. We've got the girls varsity soccer warm up. Then there's the modified girls soccer game against Fort Ann. I only know the name of the HS girls, so if someone knows the names and numbers of the other players, please let me know, especially if they want to be on the website.

I've also uploaded the modified boys soccer picture day. This was the team I coached this season. Since I'm coaching during the games, action shots are hard to take. So we had them wear a uniform to practice and take "fake" game action shots. This is an example of what I can do when I have that sort of time and access. The bowling pictures are done in a similar way, and there is an album of volleyball from last year that was done this way. If other teams want to do this, its a good way to get action shots from angles that are pretty hard to do during an actual game. The coach should contact me if they want to set this up.

I am nearly done with the first upload of the fall pictures from this year. It went a lot faster because I waiting until I had most of the forms before I began. A few forms are still slowly coming in, so eventually I will go through the fall again, adding more pictures. There are still more updates to be done to last season as more forms have come in as well.

I am just about done shooting winter sports pictures. I might make it to tomorrows boys modified basketball game. I plan on being at the civic center this weekend for wrestling, and the crossover games next week as much as I can. I've already edited a big chunk of the pictures I took earlier in the winter season, so those are ready for upload when the time comes. I'll be able to spend more time editing once the winter season ends completly, so I should be uploading the winter season pretty soon.

4 new additions today. Varsity girls soccer against Bolton, JV Boys soccer vs Argyle, JV and Varsity volleyball against Corinth, and the Corinth cup game. The JV boys soccer game is a complete album. The Varsity volleyball album is complete, and the Corinth cup game has all the action shots, it's only missing a few crowd shots.

The boys modified soccer game at warrensburg album has been created. As has a JV soccer game agaisnt Warrensburg, that album is actually compelte. Then spirit day pictures from this year have been uploaded. That album will go into the non sport specific file.

4 new albums from this spring, Boys Varsity soccer Vs Indian Lake. The pictures themselves are actually labeled as being Corinth. Evidently there are other teams that wear orange and black. That album is complete. There is a varsity volleyball game against Cambridge that is nearly complete, and a JV volleyball game vs Warrensburg that is also nearly complete. Then there is a boys JV soccer game vs Fort Ann that is complete.

3 new albums created today. A Varsity softball game against Lake George, which I created as a "B" album. Then last years varsity dinner, which is the the "non sport specific" catergory. I need a new name for that, suggestions welcome. And finally, the first album from this school year, the girls varsity soccer game against Fort Ann.
